There has been a rumor going around CP that the rain is from Water Jitsu coming out. I believe that because remember when Fire Jitsu came out? The sky was red and just in time for the game. Comment if you think its true:)

    yep the theory has been resolved! THIS THEORY HAS BEEN CLOSED TO: TRUE water jitsu IS coming out and the rain IS from it!
